Why we should give importance to our health?

Few questions we need to ask ourselves about our health behaviours once the covid pandemic is over, and life goes back to normalcy.

1. Would we still give value to boost our immunity level?

2. Would we still regularly take our multivitamins like B12, D3 and calcium ?

3. Would we now at least make time for physical exercise when the parks, gym, and cycling tracks reopen?

4. Would we regulate the sleep and wake cycle, go for walks, since we would be back to schools, colleges and offices?

5. Or we would end up forgetting these times like a bad memory and go back to our old unhealthy lifestyle?

If we closely see well-being is achieved in both mind and body. If the mind is upset due to stress, anxiety, lack of sleep, the body automatically shows the symptoms in the form of lifestyle disorders.

The second is also true. Any problem in the body is also a stressful state for the mind due to loss of time, meaning, connections, money, relationships and peace.

Let us value our wellbeing and value it every day, not only when a pandemic hits.
