A client cannot cancel the session once booked. It can only be rescheduled to another date and time.
A session can only be cancelled when the therapist is not available.
The refund of money will be allowed only in cases where the Consultant/Therapist is not available at the time of appointment.
Re-scheduling of Session
A Session can be re-scheduled due to the non-availability of the Therapist .
The client will be allowed to re-schedule the session 12 hours prior to the appointment time by contacting the therapist. Any session rescheduled at the last moment doesn’t qualify for the refund of money.
