Over time, I’ve realised that many people entering this field are carrying a lot internally, but do not always have a space that is truly for them. This offering comes from that understanding.

This is personal therapy, not supervision — a space where you do not need to come as a “therapist in training,” but simply as yourself.

Early years in this profession can bring constant self-questioning — Am I good enough? Am I doing this right? Will I be able to build a career in this field?

Therapy can help you slow down and work through these anxieties with more clarity and self-awareness, instead of carrying them alone. The intention is not to “fix” you into becoming the perfect therapist, but to help you feel more grounded in yourself while growing into this work.
